Love poem

Sappho’s fingers draw my face

words from your mouth like

rain, bountiful harvest,

a mud slide

You, quiver on my back

I draw from you and

shoot, never kiss them once

a mere tool

You let me know

When you were empty,

then I was empty

I have died

thanks to you

thank you
